Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
How will my purchase be shipped?
All purchases will be shipped via USPS to any city within the United States. All orders under $50.00 will incur nominal shipping and handling (S&H) fee and all orders of $50.00 or more will be shipped free of charge.
What happens if my jewelry breaks?
Since we stand behind all of our designs we offer a 100% guarantee for all jewelry purchased within a 3 months’ time frame and will replace your purchase free of charge. However, if your purchase should break after 3 months a set fee of $25 will be incurred and S&H fees will also be incurred.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If you receive merchandise that you are not pleased with, we will be glad to accept the unworn piece within 30 days from the date of sale for a full refund.
Are custom designs available?
Of course! We specialize in custom jewelry and would be happy to design a unique piece for you! All custom designs require a 2-3 week process.
What materials are your designs made of?
Most designs are crafted from metals and natural gemstones and glass. Our base metals are copper, brass, pewter, silver plate as well as gold plate. If you are allergic to base metals, we can work together to create something that better suites your needs.
